Gene expression profile at single cell level of cells from the murine small intestinal tumors

We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of cells within murine colonic tumors with genetic mutations. Overall design: Cells from mouse small intestinal tumors with mutant Braf and mutant P53, with and without Rnf43 deletion, were harvested for analysis with scRNAseq
