This dataset contains genetic information from 121 pigs genotyped as part of the Creole Pig of Martinique project, conducted in collaboration with the Regional Natural Park of Martinique (PNRM). It includes 112 pigs from Martinique and 9 Creole pigs from Guadeloupe. Genotyping of the pigs from the file containing 73 genotypes was performed using the high-density Illumina PorcineSNP60 BeadChip, which includes 61,565 markers. Genotyping of the pigs from the file containing 48 genotypes was conducted with the POR-XT_60K_V2 chip, which includes 57,811 SNP markers. The genomic map used was Sus scrofa Build 11.1.
