Dataset 2: Colon Tumor vs. Normal Colon from TCGA (COAD) – processed methylation and overlap with expression data. Dataset contains distribution of methylated CpG sites for seven matched colon tumor and normal colon samples from HM450 assay raw data. Additionally, gene names with corresponding counts of differentially methylated CpG sites are provided for gene bodies and promoter regions. A comparison of differentially expressed genes from TCGA samples is then intersected with genes that show differential methylation. (XLSX 659 kb)
