Cross-border corporate mobility in the EU Database (CbCMdb)

The data considered for the empirical legal research project consists of a collection of public documents from each member state registry of the European Union. The documents concern changes in the legal status of companies involved in cross-border transactions including mergers, divisions and transfers. There is no personal or sensitive information provided in these documents. The data used for research output consists of curated information of these documents, e.g. type of transaction, date of registration, companies involved in the transaction, etc.
