Road Network of study area in Rio Grande do Sul

TESTThis dataset represents the road network used to analyze the impacts of flooding on urban connectivity and resilience in the Porto Alegre Metropolitan Region, with a focus on the central core intersecting nine municipalities. The data was extracted from OpenStreetMap using the osmium tool. This data is used in the full-article "Centrality and Resilience in the Face of Flooding: A Case Study of Rio Grande do Sul" submitted for approbal to 2025 AGILE Conference on Geographic Information Science.
