Pancreas agenesis mutations disrupt a lead enhancer controlling a developmental enhancer cluster

Single cell RNA-Seq and ATAC-Seq in mouse E10.5 multipotent pancreatic progenitors (MPCs) and single cell ATAC-Seq of mouse E13.5 pancreas. Overall design: scRNA-Seq and scATAC-Seq profiles (10X Genomics) of a pool of Ptf1a+/+ and Ptf1aenh/enh MPCs manually dissected from E10.5 mouse embryos (between 5-9 embryos/dataset) and scATAC-Seq dataset of E13.5 pancreas from a pool of Ptf1a+/+ and Ptf1aenh/enh embryos (n=6 embryos/dataset).
