Datasets Supporting NR-PTMkb: A Knowledgebase of Post-Translational Modifications in Nuclear Receptors.

This Figshare repository contains curated datasets supporting NR-PTMkb, a comprehensive knowledgebase of post-translational modifications (PTMs) in nuclear receptors. The datasets include experimentally validated PTM sites across human, mouse, and rat nuclear receptors, associated modifying enzymes, domain-level annotations, and signaling context. These data underpin the analyses, annotations, and interactive modules of NR-PTMkb and are intended to facilitate reproducibility, secondary analysis, and further research into nuclear receptor regulation and disease-associated PTMs.
