Temperature profile and water depth data were collected using BT and XBT casts from the VICTORY and ELGAREN in the Northeast / Southeast Atlantic Ocean. Data were collected from 17 October 1984 to 20 April 1985 by Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution with support from the Seasonal Response of the Equatorial Atlantic Experiment / Français Ocean Et Climat Dans L'Atlantique Equatorial (SEQUAL/FOCAL) project.
