Klebsiella pneumoniae Genome sequencing. Klebsiella pneumoniae

The strain was isolated from sputum samples collected from hospitalized patients in Tai 'an City, Shandong Province, China. The patient was diagnosed with a lung infection, and the strain was isolated and tested for drug susceptibility in order to select a therapeutic agent. It was found to be a colistin resistant XDR Klebsiella pneumoniae strain. Whole gene sequencing was used to analyze the mechanism of drug resistance and genomic characteristics.
