Transcriptome Sequencing of Immune Tissues of Wyoming Toad

Wyoming toad is highly susceptible to Chytridiomycosis and is extinct in the wild. In an effort to describe the genetic diversity remaining in breeding populations and to guide recovery methods, we sequenced the transcriptomes of three retired breeding toads. mRNA from kidney, small intestine, lung, and liver were pooled for each toad for RNAseq.
