Dataset and scripts to run the analyses presented in "Effects of local management and landscape factors on taxonomic and functional diversity of multiple taxa in managed grasslands".The files are:Meadow_diversity_data.txt: Dataset containing information on the characteristics of the 44 sites monitored, along with the biodiversity metrics used (multidiversity, taxonomic richness, functional identity, functional diversity, functional redundancy), for the five groups considered (plants, bees, hoverflies, orthopterans, birds).Meadow analyses.R: Script to run the models presented in the paper (multidiversity analysis and structural equation models).
