Visualizing Tumor in Real-time: A Highly Sensitive PSMA Probe for NIR-II Imaging and Intraoperative Tumor Resection

A novel NIR-II probe was developed, which demonstrated excellent optical properties and ultra-high affinity towards prostate-specific membrane antigen. The probe displayed remarkable performance in in vivo NIR-II imaging and intraoperative image-guided tumor resection, during which a missed residual tumor by the operator was successfully detected by the novel probe.
