World ocean atlas 1998. Volume 3, Temperature of the Indian Ocean

This atlas contains maps ofthe distribution oftemperature at selected standard depth levels ofthe Indian Ocean on a onedegree grid. Maps for all-data annual, seasonal, and monthly compositing periods are presented at standard depth levels. Seasonal and monthly difference (from the annual mean) fields are also presented. The fields used to generate these maps were computed by objective analysis of historical data. Data distribution maps are presented for all-data annual, seasonal, and monthly compositing periods at selected standard levels.
