Group of Seri Indians under a rough shelter, Tiburón Island, Sonora, Gulf of California, Mexico, 1936 March 27-28. Typical Seri home. Family clans hastily construct crude shelters. Nomadic in their habits, the family may move away to another area and return at another season causing clan wars.
