Supplementary Figure 24: Allele-specific expression analysis during hop cone development

Data used to generate Supplementary Figure 24. This dataset contains the output of differential expression analysis performed using the DESeq2 R package to assess allele-specific expression (ASE) across orthologous gene pairs during hop cone development. The analysis includes 19,725 ortholog gene pairs, identified in column ‘ORTHOLOG_ID’. Statistical results are provided, including adjusted p-values (‘padj’) used to determine significant differential expression between developmental phases. The dataset also includes normalized gene expression values for glandular tissue samples across developmental stages S1 to S5 and phases P1 and P2, with biological replicates for each condition.
