NRS-14323 | Special Deposits Account ledger cards

These cards, which are arranged numerically by account number, give the following information: heading; code; cash sheet number; date and particulars of transaction; voucher number; debit or credit; balance. The cards record information on the current balances of accounts, and also provide comparative analyses; they record, in summary form, information held by Departments. Balances of most accounts are published in either the Government Gazette or the Public Accounts. Funds in the Treasury's Special Deposits Account in the main represent monies held in trust, or on behalf of statutory authorities or reserved for specific purposes by the Commonwealth. It also includes other Special purpose or Trust Funds such as the Children's Services Fund, the Hospital Fund and the Housing Account. (11/11087-119). 33 boxes.
