This dataset contains data for analysis on a role of epigenetic mechanisms in regulating female reproductive responses to temperature in a pest beetle. Dataset contains raw gene expression data, methylation-ELISA data, MSRE data and life history data collected in laboratory conditions using the study system, Callosobruchus maculatus.
