Sequencing of soil bacterial communities

this study was conducted to reveal whether the effects of forest fire-derived smoke on soil physico-chemical properties and bacterial diversity and abundance of adjacent farmland vary with smoke concentration and time since deposition. The study will elucidate the relationship between smoke derived from wildfire and soil properties.
