Three long-term resident common bottlenose dolphins (Tursiops truncatus) were tagged with Wildlife Computers SPLASH tags in spring/summer 2012, in Sarasota Bay, Florida, for a project testing the effects of a new finmount, single-pin attachment tag design. The dataset includes PTT ID, date and time, and Argos location data of location qualities LC1, LC2, and LC3 (error radius of <1,500 m).
