RNAseq of two near-isogenic lines of barley differing in presence/absence of the vernalization gene HvVRN2 in different days under long-day photoperiod after increasing vernalization times

Two near-isogenic lines of barley, with presence/absence of the vernalization gene HvVRN2, were vernalized for 0, 7, 15, 30 or 60 days and then grown in long-day photoperiod. The basal section of the last fully expanded leaf was sampled at 5, 15 or 25 days, and RNA was sequenced.
