Analysis of the diversity of fungi during the fermentation of Arisaema Cum Bile

Arisaema Cum Bile is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine widely used, which is usually made by mixed fermentation of Arisaema Cum and a certain proportion of bile. However, how natural microorganisms affect the quality of Arisaema Cum Bile during fermentation has not been reported. Therefore, this study analyzed the diversity of fungal community during the fermentation of Arisaema Cum Bile by high-throughput sequencing technology, which provides theoretical reference for the excavation of the fermentation strains of Arisaema Cum Bile.
