This repository contains the data and associated materials from the study Gut Microbiota Mediates Local Kynurenine Pathway Activity Independently of Inflammation Through Host Micronutrient Absorption. The dataset was generated to investigate the role of the gut microbiota in host tryptophan metabolism and its implications for immunity. The repository includes 16S rDNA microbiome sequencing data, small intestine RNA sequencing data, colonic IDO1 expression levels, colon cross-section histology slides and cell quantification, metabolic profiling from different sample types (mouse feces, cecal content & tissue, plasma, allo-HCT patients feces & plasma), and metadata describing the experimental samples. Detailed methodological descriptions are provided in the associated manuscript. Data Usage The dataset is released for academic and research purposes. Users are encouraged to cite both this Zenodo record and the associated publication when using these data.
