Topographic Variables and coordinates of three liana and 82 tree species in Chebaling 20 ha plot

There are three files in this dataset. famqud: family-level abundance of lianas and topographic variables in each 20x20 m quadrat; vinedf: the coordinates and species names for the three most abundant species; treedf: the coordinates and species names for 82 tree species with no less than 100 stems in the plot. The plot was in Chebaling National Nature Reserve. These data have been used for analyzing the diveristy of lianas and the distribution of lianas with respect to habitat condition and the distribition of tree species. The corresponding manuscript has been accepted by Forests in 2022.
