We performed the single-cell analysis to reveal the mechanism of estrogen-induced cell cycle arrest using an Aromatase inhibitor-resistant patient-derived xenograft model (named GS3). Following a treatment that lasted 7 days using Placebo, estradiol (E2) (1mg), and dihydrotestosterone (DHT) (12.5mg) pellet, GS3-PDX tumors were harvested and digested into a single-cell suspension.
