The table shows the ranges of parameter values used to calculate the most likely path to cancer initiation (see Figs. 3B and 3D) based on estimates from the literature (see main text for details and references). Note that in this case, we assume that there is no gamma effect associated with NF1 loss. See the main text for discussion of alternative assumptions.
