Time course of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection in healthy and cystic fibrosis (CF) human airway epithelial cell cultures

The goal of this study was to examine changes in gene expression over time in healthy and cystic fibrosis (CF) human airway epithelia infected with RSV. CF and Non-CF primary human airway epithelia were infected with RSV, prepared for RNA sequencing, and sequenced on Illumina HiSeq 4000 system using 2x150bp paired end SBS chemistry.
