Adults and children wait with their bicycles on the right side of the unpaved road, in which trollycar tracks are visible. A single bicyclist rides in the middle of the street toward the camera. A billboard on the building above the riders reads "The Hub" and "Weilands". A trolly can be seen parked in the background. Other legible signs include "Powell's Bakery", "Dyeing and Cleaning Works", "W.G. Ricketts" and "Groceries".
