Moreover, these seeds are used for the manufacturing of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products due to the desirable therapeutic properties of their oil. The transcriptome will contribute with the understanding of agroforestry under a non-model tropical tree genome perspective. Moreover, this knowledg C. brasiliensis is strategic for the comprehension that under transcriptome analysis the agroforestry operates differently from natural forest.
