ANALYSIS OF THE LEVEL OF USE OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES BY UZBEKTELECOM JSC AND ITS IMPACT ON EFFICIENCY

In the context of the digital economy, the development of telecommunications infrastructure based on innovative technologies is becoming a decisive factor in the stable functioning of the national economy and reducing the cost of services. In this process, Uzbektelecom JSC, as the main base operator at the republican level, is carrying out systematic work on the modernization of broadband Internet, mobile and backbone networks, the introduction of IP technologies and the digitalization of network management. In particular, the introduction of NGN, FTTH, IP/MPLS, cloud data centers, automated billing and network monitoring systems has significantly increased the level of use of innovative technologies in the company's activities. However, the real impact of this technological transformation on economic efficiency, in particular, the cost of digital services, operating costs and service quality indicators, requires in-depth analysis.
