Research on Autumn Fish Diversity in Xiamen Coastal Waters Based on eDNA

This study focused on the coastal waters of Xiamen, using eDNA technology alongside traditional bottom trawling to compare species detection capabilities and examine differences in community structure between the two methods. We analyzed the spatial distribution of fish diversity in Xiamen waters and explored the advantages and limitations of eDNA technology in marine fish monitoring, aiming to inform future efforts in fish diversity monitoring and resource conservation in the region.
