This file contains a Polish semi-structured interview guide for warehouse management staff (“Kadra zarządzająca”). It includes a respondent information sheet, a brief interviewer introduction, and a structured set of interview questions with notes on the intended data to be collected. The guide covers managerial roles and daily work; technology and work organization; human resource management; the impact of digital technologies on job quality and employment conditions; labor relations; and closing questions for additional remarks and follow-up contact.This document is a research tool focused on warehouse management personnel as the target group and has potential for reuse in comparable qualitative studies on warehouse operations, digitalization, management practices, working conditions, and employment relations.
