Semisulcospira libertina, a species of freshwater snail, is widespread in East Asia. Here, we report the whole-genome of S. libertina through de novo assembly. We determined the whole-genome and transcriptome of S. libertina for the first time using Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform. An approximately 3.04 Gb whole-genome sequence was assembled. Our S. libertina genome data could be useful for the identification and conservation of S. libertina in east Asia.
