Enrichment of sgRNA in a genome-wide CRISPR-cas9 knockout screening assay in HSV-1 infected the human amnionic WISH cells models.

The Human CRISPR Knockout Pooled Library (GeCKO v2, 1000000048, Addgene) was transferred into WISH cells. Then,half of these cells were infected with HSV-1 for 30 hours, and the remaining lived infected cells and uninfected cells were collected for sgRNA sequencing and enrichment analysis.
