TCMCPD: An Integrated TCM Case records and Pharmacology Database

This dataset contains structured entity tables, relationship tables and Neo4j-compatible graph files for the TCMCPD database. The dataset integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine case record entities, including patients, visit records, symptoms, syndromes and herbs, with pharmacological associations involving ingredients and targets. It supports relational querying, knowledge graph reconstruction and exploratory computational analysis of TCM case record–pharmacology associations.The TCMCPD web interface is available at http://182.92.96.53:8081/ for browsing, retrieval and visualization of the dataset.
