全国网民网络安全感满意度调查统计报告（2023年）

以“网络安全为人民，网络安全靠人民”为主题的2023年网民网络安全感满意度调查活动，共收集224.7269万分（主题问卷+专题问卷），其中公众网民版为202.3658万分，从业人员版22.3611万份。清洗后，有效问卷总数为174.4356万份，其中，公众网民版156.0609万份，从业人员版18.3747万份，本报告由课题组基于本次调查数据编写而成。本报告力求真实、客观的反映参与调查的网民群体的网络安全感和满意度的感受、关注点和痛点，为有关各方进行网络空间安全治理研究和实践提供参考。

The 2023 Internet Users' Cyber Security Perception and Satisfaction Survey, themed "Cyber Security for the People, Cyber Security Relies on the People", collected a total of 2.247269 million responses (including thematic questionnaires and special topic questionnaires). Of these, 2.023658 million responses were from the general public internet user questionnaire, and 223,611 responses were from the industry practitioner questionnaire. After data cleaning, the total number of valid questionnaires reached 1.744356 million, including 1.560609 valid responses from the general public group and 183,747 from the practitioner group. This report was compiled by the research team based on the survey data from this activity. It strives to truthfully and objectively reflect the perceived cyber security status, satisfaction levels, concerns and pain points of the surveyed internet users, providing valuable reference for relevant parties to conduct research and practice on cyberspace security governance.
