Transcriptome analysis of Aochk1 in nematode-trapping fungus Arthrobotrys oligospora

Transcriptomic analysis revealed that differentially expressed genes in the absence of Aochk1 were involved in carbohydrate metabolism, amino acid metabolism, lipid metabolism, Autophagy, energy metabolism, and translation. Examination of differential genes in the WT and ΔAochk1 mutant strains and prediction of multiple cytological processes that may affect trap formation in Arthrobotrys oligospora.
