The Pacific Northwest Seismic Network (PNSN) is cooperatively operated by the University of Washington and the University of Oregon. Within Oregon and Washington we install, maintain, and operate strong and weak motion seismometers. Data from these seismometers are used to monitor earthquake and volcanic activity and contribute data to ShakeAlert.
