存储排放参数的信息，包括一级排放参数和二级排放参数编码、名称，排放活动编码，排放源类型编码，排放源编码，参数类型，参数单位，默认值等。作为采集数据项编码的基础数据，规范采集数据项编码的一级排放参数编码和二级排放参数编码，配合采集数据项的其他编码，从排放源基础信息中选择对应的计算公式将采集数据计算成碳排放数据。
Stores information on emission parameters, including codes and names of primary and secondary emission parameters, emission activity codes, emission source type codes, emission source codes, parameter types, parameter units, default values, and other related contents. Serving as the foundational data for coding collected data items, it standardizes the primary and secondary emission parameter codes within the collected data item coding framework, and, along with other codes associated with the collected data items, selects corresponding calculation formulas from the basic emission source information to convert collected data into carbon emission data.
