IRA Russian Troll Dataset

This dataset consists of 2,973,371 tweets from 2,848 Twitter users linked to the Russian Internet Research Agency (IRA). In addition, manual annotations have been applied to assign online troll roles including left-wing trolls, right-wing trolls, and news source trolls to this dataset. This resource is utilized to investigate the correlation between various types of trolls and the political leanings of the news media they mention. With 2,973,371 tweets from 2,848 users, the dataset is designed for the task of classifying political trolls on social media based on their pre-assigned roles.
