SpikeLab: Agentic tools for spike data analysis - Supplementary Data

This directory contains the data and resources accompanying the manuscript: "SpikeLab: Agentic tools for spike data analysis". Three components are included: the distributable SpikeLab skill, the complete benchmark data underlying the model comparison, and the spike-sorted recordings used across all analyses. Supplementary Data 1: SpikeLab Skill The distributable SpikeLab skill. Contains `SKILL.md` (the entry-point skill that handles installation, environment setup, and delegation to specialized analysis, sorting, education, and development roles) and `INSTALL.md` (installation guide for the SpikeLab library). Skill files are plain markdown documents that can be used with any agentic coding tool that supports custom instructions — simply provide the skill file as context. Supplementary Data 2: Benchmark Complete raw outputs and processed data from the controlled benchmark used in Fig. 2. Contains full session transcripts, generated analysis scripts, output figures, and quantitative scoring data for all 9 benchmark runs (3 conditions x 3 replicates). See `benchmark/README.md` for detailed structure and run identifiers. Supplementary Data 3: Sorted Recordings Spike-sorted recording data used throughout the manuscript, stored as serialized SpikeData objects (`.pkl`). Includes organoid recordings at five developmental timepoints (D0, D3, D10, D30, D50) and in vivo recordings from mouse and human cortex. These files are the direct inputs to the analysis scripts and figure code.
