Additional file 3: of Differential responses of the gut transcriptome to plant protein diets in farmed Atlantic salmon

List of pathways significantly altered ( P -value < 0.01) in distal gut of Atlantic salmon fed plant protein diets. The Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) was performed on sets of 140, 80, 33, 71, 254 and 750 differentially expressed genes (both up- and down-regulated) for S45, S34B11, S22B22, S11B34, B45 and SBM dietary treatments, respectively. Ratios are numbers of differentially regulated genes divided by the total numbers of genes within a specific pathway that are in the IPA reference gene set. The IPA activation z-score ≥ 2 predicts an overall increase in the pathway activity and z-score ≤ −2 predicts an overall decrease in the pathway activity. (XLSX 25 kb)
