This project introduces multi-target-LIGS approach which demonstrates a successful combinatorial approach for nucleic acid library screening to generate multiple artificial ligands against multiple receptors expressed on a single cell. Using this approach, we identified two specific aptamers against CD19 and CD20 antigens. Aptamer libraries were sequenced using Illumina Sequencing and raw sequencing files are available here.
