Subdaily stream temperature time series in the upper Genil basin (Genil, Aguas Blancas, Juntas, Cacín and Játar rivers) (TED2021-130744B-C22 STAGES)

Stream Temperature Data in Upper Genil Basin. This was measured using several HOBO Water Temp Pro v2 Onset devices installed in place. Data were measured at 15-minute intervals. The published data are the raw files downloaded from Hoboware in CSV format. The file INFO_TERMISTORES.xls contains detailed information on the 12 sensors, including its location and date range. All of them are sensors that are installed directly inside the stream flow, except for AGUASBLANCAS_7. This sensor is installed inside a borehole on the floodplain of the Aguas Blancas River, 20 metres from the riverbed.
