Data that were not used within the study are omitted, however, the appropriate DOI in these cases is made available within the data files. Demagnetisation Data: · RawDemagData.csv · CleanDemagFits.csv The demagnetisation is provided in both its raw form and as the fits resultant from the data selected to be used in the study (see publication for details). Hysteresis Data: · HysteresisData.csv · Bootstrap.csv · BootstrapBase.csv · KStest_intrusive.csv · KStest_lava.csv Hysteresis data includes the collected data, as well as the bootstrapping and Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS) test results. BootstrapBase.csv contains the results for the original data and bootstrap.csv contains the results for each iteration of sampling with replacement. The results for the KS tests are separated into lava and intrusive lithologies. ECDFs: · Class_ECDFs.pdf · Lithology_ECDFs.pdf · Type_ECDFs.pdf ECDFs are provided for each classification level (see publication for details). All plots are produced on the same axis range to facilitate comparison. Code: · Lithology_ECDF_plotter.ipynb · lithology_funcs.py A jupyter notebook is provided to allow for plotting of ECDFs for the bulk domain stability (BDS) of the lithologies for comparison. The notebook is dependent on the functions provided in the accompanying python file.
