Pequenos mamíferos não voadores da RPPN Guaricica

Dados referentes a composição taxonômica, estações de coleta (parcela e piquete), data da coleta, tipo e tamanho de armadilha, estrato de captura (solo, arbóreo), dados bionômicos, métodos e técnicas de captura, identidade taxonômica e variáveis ambientais obtidas nos trabalhos de campo com pequenos mamíferos não voadores (Didelphimorphia e Rodentia) obtidos na RPPN Guaricica, Antonina, Litoral do Paraná. Os dados são coletados no âmbito do PPBio da Rede Mata Atlântica.------------------------------------------------ Translation: This dataset presents records of small non-flying mammals (orders Didelphimorphia and Rodentia) sampled at the Guaricica Private Natural Heritage Reserve (RPPN) on the coast of Paraná, Brazil. The data were collected as part of the Atlantic Forest PPBio (Biodiversity Research Program) network. Sampling began in December 2015 and includes information on taxonomic identification, trap type, capture location (soil or arboreal stratum), collection plots and modules, specimen sex and age, and environmental variables recorded during fieldwork. Standardised trapping was conducted using Sherman and Tomahawk traps over five-night campaigns, with traps set both on the ground and in trees depending on local conditions. The aim is to document species richness, abundance, and habitat use to support biodiversity monitoring and ecological studies in the Atlantic Forest biome. All data users must cite this data package and are encouraged to contact the authors regarding collaboration.
