Data Collection: Collect data including consumption frequency and amount of local citizen cards, consumption frequency and amount of cross-regional citizen cards, swipe frequency and consumption amount of Yiwu citizen cards, and other relevant data via the IC card report system. 2. Data Processing: Aggregate the collected data by time dimension, and perform data cleaning including removing or correcting outliers and missing values to ensure data accuracy. 3.
