Significantly enriched (p < 0.05) gene ontology (GO) terms identified within DEG sets based on pairwise comparisons (bacterium vs. mock) for each genotype and time point. Terms were grouped into biological categories. Values are shown as Log10 p-value, which were used as input to create Figure 1. Ec = Escherichia coli O157:H7. Se = Salmonella enterica ser. Typhimurium 14028s. 1 = 1 day post inoculation. 7 = 7 days post inoculation.
