ART-tension: resolving the need to create and destroy

A visual depiction of the tension a creative/ artist faces in dealing with their work through time. This graphic explains the tension described by many artists between creation and destruction, and the steps involved in resolving that personally and professionally. In particular, it is informed by the authors' own experience, the Consilience Workflow Framework and the article 'His Own Harshest Critic: A New Look at Works Destroyed by Gerhard Richter' by Ulrike Knöfel.
