ANSWERS GIVEN BY ALL 3 ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TOOLS TO 20 QUESTIONS IN TURKISH

A family scenario was created in which a fetus was diagnosed as having SB and came to a perinatologist for routine follow-up. After the diagnosis, based on our clinical experience, a selection of 20 questions that parents ask most frequently was prepared. For the scenario to be realistic, care was taken to ensure that the questions covered all the processes of SB (from the intrauterine period to adulthood). The prepared questions were asked to ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini AI tools in Turkish, one after the other, in a way that they would answer at once. The command "answer separately" and use only PubMed and Google Scholar databases as a source was entered for each question. The latest free versions of AI tools were used. The questions were directed to all three vehicles on the same date and time. Each response generated by the AI tools was evaluated independently and blindly by two physicians specialized in perinatology and child neurology. Both experts used the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists’ (ACOG) Practice Bulletin No. 187: Neural Tube Defects guideline, the latest version of which was published in 2017, as a reference.6 The scales, the details of which are written below, were used for the evaluation.
