Effect of soil management on fungal communities associated to grapevine rhizosphere

The present study aims to assess the impact of soil under trellis management on grapevine rhizosphere microbiota (fungal) in a Tannat/SO4 vineyard. Within BioProject PRJNA903835 only the rhizosphere samples from 2019-2020 were used in the publication by Bernaschina Y et al., Correction: Permanent cover crop as a strategy to promote soil health and vineyard performance, Environmental Sustainability, 2023; 6(2):295-295.
